Meander covered most of the good points. I agree with tryiing to meet new people because that's what you're supposed to do in a new environment. Also Meander said don't try making things like home, i agree with. I tried that and i forgot to bring a few things like paper towels, shampoo, an extra towel and not enough soap detergent. Remember neccessities before your wants!

Thanks a lot for your advice and sorry I'm so late to reply... I've been without an Internet connection for a week and when I finally got a new one I had around 70 notifications O.o

Anyway, the part with the water was EXTREMELY useful, because a bottle of mineral water here is almost one and a half times more expensive than back home, and there are no public fountains anywhere [I'm around the city center btw]. I owe you a virtual can of beer for that
